All orders placed before 11 am CST on Wednesday December 16, 2009 will be guaranteed delivery by December 25, 2009.

We accept orders from our old catalogs, however items may no longer be available or prices may have changed. If there is a price increase on an item you order,we will notify you before filling the order. Please use current shipping rates.

Sales Tax: Minnesota residents pay 6.5% sales tax. If shipping out of Minnesota, no tax will be charged.

Customer Service: To make returns or exchanges, or if there is a problem with your order call 800-5-SWEDEN. All packages delivered by UPS are insured against loss or damage in shipment.

Returns: Please contact us within 30 days if you would like to return your order.

1. If the package/item was damaged en route to you, please contact ASI at 800-5-SWEDEN, regarding the damaged items. 2. If you are sent an item in error or have received defective merchandise, please send the item(s) back to us. We will reimburse your shipping cost and will refund or replace the item. 3. If you are wanting to return/exchange an item, we will gladly do this. However, you will incur the shipping charge. 4. No returns are allowed on opened compact discs, cassettes, video cassette, DVDs, food and special orders.

Back Orders: There are no back orders. Please contact us at a later date to re-order.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped by UPS ground service unless another method is requested. An additional charge may apply to orders shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you want your order delivered to a different address, indicate this under "Ship To" on the order form. Special RUSH delivery to all U.S. addresses is available by UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. Please call for information.

Gift Orders: There is an extra shipping charge for each shipping address. The shipping charges will be determined by the dollar amount of the items sent to each address. Please indicate clearly on the order form, the recipient's name, address and which items are to be sent to them. There is a charge of $1.00 for each gift card.
